Doing a search on https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=usajobsearch.org shows the scammer owns additional domains

Complain to Dreamhost.com who is participating in this criminal enterprise by refusing to suspend the account.  They are based in Bria, California. 

Additional domains used by the same criminal. These are hosted by hostclear.com.

He used kexifconsulting@gmail.com to register this fake company.

Please note that the other fake staffing companies that I have found below have expired.  He seems to like to do a one time payment to the hosting companies and then just recreates the content using Wordpress content management system.
